Crush&Brisk is a unique English Sparkling wine brand, which is focusing on, initially, Blanc De Noirs. We select small but wonderful parcels of grapes to produce tiny batches of the best wine we can.

Suffolk Coast 2019
Our Blanc de Noir sparkling wine is born from the sunlit slopes of the English Suffolk coast.
Bottled in July 2020 and disgorged in October 2023 using 5g dosage, the 2019 has held its fruit characters which combine with the brioche notes of 3 years on lees.

Crafting beautiful wine
Made using the traditional method, our 2019 Blanc de Noirs is limited to only 1,100 bottles. As with many of his wines, our winemaker, Sergio Verrillo, uses low intervention methods.
